A person or corporate body who desires to obtain the license, pursuant to Section 5 of the Act, in order to broadcast any programme through satellite, cable or other means of communication or broadcast any programme by establishing the frequency modulation broadcasting system shall submit an application to the Ministry, accompanied a fee as referred to in Sub-rule (1) of Rule 7, in a format as referred to in Schedule-1 (a) and Schedule-1 (b), respectively.
